Yes. Before travelling, download the maps for the countries you will drive through. Navigation and route recalculation then run directly on your phone and take vehicle dimensions into account. You need a valid subscription or trial; after fully restarting your phone, a brief connection may be needed to verify access.
How does navigation take bus dimensions into account?
Enter the vehicle’s height, width, length and weight in the garage. BusNaviX uses them to calculate routes based on the available map data. Restriction data may not be complete or up to date everywhere, so always follow road signs and actual road conditions.
How does the 14-day trial work?
New customers can try all features for 14 days with a payment method through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone. You will see trial availability and the exact terms before confirming. A paid subscription begins after the trial unless you cancel in time. The iPhone version will be available after its App Store release.
How much do monthly and annual subscriptions cost?
The monthly plan costs €14.99. With a direct annual plan that includes a trial, the first paid year costs €99.99 after 14 days, then €119.99 per year. The first-year discount is available once per BusNaviX account; switching from monthly to annual does not include a second trial. The store always shows the final price in your local currency and offer eligibility before confirmation.
How do I cancel automatic renewal?
On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BusNaviX. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BusNaviX. After cancelling renewal of a paid subscription, access remains until the end of the paid period. To avoid paying after your trial, cancel in time; in the App Store, at least 24 hours before it ends. When cancelling a trial, follow the access end date shown by the store. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
Can I quickly find a stop along my route during navigation?
Yes. With one tap on the type of place you want, BusNaviX finds the nearest suitable point along your route and adds it as a stop — for example, coach parking, fuel, coffee or a toilet. No typing place names or searching through complicated menus. Only operate the app when it is safe.
Can trips be saved and exported?
BusNaviX has a logbook with automatic trip records and the option to add trips manually. You can open a record on the map and export your own trips to CSV for further processing.
What remains available after my subscription ends?
You can still view and export your own data. Sign-in, account management and purchase restoration also remain available. You cannot start a new navigation session or make new logbook edits; navigation already in progress can be completed.
